Q. How far in advance should I reserve a bouncehouse?
A. The spring and summer are our busy months. We recommend at least a week or even two in advance. They go fast so the sooner we get you booked the better.
Q. Do you set up the bouncehouses?
A. Absolutely we do. All our customers have to do is show us where you would like the unit set up and we will take care of it from there.
Q. What if it rains, can I get a refund?
A. Unfortunately no. We don't require a deposit because we're not going to charge you if you need to cancel due to weather. We will always call you before a delivery, if weather is an issue we can cancel the rental at that time or any time up to that point. Once we have dropped it off we can't be held responsible for the weather and the sale is final.
Q. Can adults jump in bouncehouses?
A. Of course, these thing are built tough.
Q. If it rains durring my party what do I do?
A. Just let the unit run. If it is inflated it will keep water out of the inside of the unit. So just let it run, it will be fine.
Q. Does a bouncehouse need power?
A. Yes. Because continuous air has to be pumped into them the fan needs to plug into a standard power outlet. If your party is at a park sometimes you might have to contact the park to get the power boxes unlocked.
